Extending VSCode over 2 monitors on Windows cuases rendering issues #300404

Description

Type: Bug

Extending vsCode by draging the window manually so it covers both monitors did work fine. Now, with the latest versions (I'm currently on 1.111.0 on Windows 11 Enterprise, Version 10.0.22631), if you work on one side, the other does not render but is stuck in its initial state. This is only mitigated by dragging the whole window slightly.

VS Code version: Code 1.111.0 (ce099c1, 2026-03-06T23:06:10Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.22631
